Engineering built on first-hand experience in the German automotive industry ENSO was founded with the goal of building a high-tech company in Croatia. Most of our founders are engineers who spent years programming PLC systems on industrial lines in Germany - that experience, gained directly in the automotive industry, is the foundation of everything we do today. We started with PLC programming. When the right conditions came together, we moved into building special-purpose machines - a step that from day one required simultaneous engineering across mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and software. We delivered our first machines to SELK in Kutina, today TDK Croatia. As the company grew, we expanded into manufacturing vibratory feeders with a new approach. We based feeder development on mechanical design in CAD tools and produced the feeders using 3D printing - an unusual approach in that segment at the time - which placed us among the pioneers of this technology in industrial feeder manufacturing. Further development led us towards higher-level programming languages. From pure PLC programming in STEP 7 and TIA Portal, we expanded into .NET Core, JavaScript and relational databases - so that we could develop reliable SCADA systems. By combining modern IT with mechanical and electrical engineering, we naturally stepped into the era of Industry 4.0 and the IoT paradigm. The result of this synergy is our smart warehouse - a complete hardware and software solution that digitalizes storage and resource control right at the point of use. We created a system that eliminates idle time and connects the physical shop floor with smart real-time analytics. Today we have broad expertise in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and computer science. Our own electricity generation to power production. Metalwork and grinding shop This is where we cut aluminum profiles and weld the robust structures that form the frame of every machine. We run our own CNC machining center for internal needs, while for large components we work with reliable external partners. To keep work organized, we have dedicated rooms for electrical work, pneumatics, 3D printers and vibratory feeders. A separate area for final machine assembly and a large hall for testing.
